The Re-opening of Mc Donald's Carmen in Rosales, Pangasinan

I went to Villasis Town before lunch to mail our letter to auntie Sanie in Spain, after that I proceed to Carmen, Rosales to BDO to deposit my pay check from Veterans Bank but unfortunately it was late for clearing so the teller advice me to back after lunch to update my passbook, the teller just gave me an acknowledgement receipt as proof that she received my check.
When I got home I decided to drop bye at Mc Donald's, there I discovered that it was their re-opening day. I decided not to go inside because a lot people are coming in for lunch. This was the picture I've got outside.

 Earlier that morning I spotted Jollibee Carmen hoisting their banner saying their turning 10 years, but when I go back at lunch it is nowhere to be found in front of it.
