We often missed our targets because we don't write our activity. Having a nice plan, budget, and time are not sufficient to insure the target. We must write and have daily activity with corresponding time and schedule. Minimize or refrain from encountering unscheduled activities like, conference, deals, conversation, phone calls, text messaging, and task. They are disturbance in attaining your targets, that instead of arriving to the designated schedule, it will be extended and sometimes it will not be realize. Time suckers are always around, they approach us or we approach them, before we notice them they have already suck time that worth so much. We should learn to notice disturbance and opportunity, a little delayed in time of arrival is reasonable if you encounter opportunity along the way, but very much unreasonable if you're delayed because you met disturbance along the way.
If you are being disturbed, learn to tackle and manage them politely, they could be a disturbance today but opportunity in the future. Learn to ask permission in going ahead, an excuse if you're attending to a very important matter. Or say, just wait for a moment I'll be right back. In business transaction, we should learn to get along with people, and to manage people. People are indispensable, they are not materials, they deserve to be praise and serve, if there are chance take care of them, to show them their worth and your worth as individual as well.
