They can relate to you how it happen from start till end, but they can't tell the purpose of each step and move.

Readers sometimes possess the authority to relate and explain what they know according to what they have read. But though authors are expert to what they are writing, they can't properly explain and show how it should be done like how they did it. The readers can only inform you on what and how, but they are still in the dark trying to hold something that they haven't seen. They can't tell you how to solve the problem that arises, and never say and know further aside from what they have seen and read. Except if the reader have tried it in himself, absorbing what he reads and implementing it in his own, you can get an small idea on how it should be done.
The Teachers
Sometimes teachers are like readers, they share and relate what they read, no further examples and explanation aside from what is in the book. They will explain the subject matter, identify procedures, and solve some simple problems but they can't proceed further for more difficult situations.
The Expert
The experts are better source of information, guidance, and inspiration. They are an authority, they possess the knowledge and skills you need in field and venture you want. The problem is, they seldom give free advice, information, and directions. They will not take you to their limit, because some them are afraid that you might duplicate or take their position soon.
Those who are Engaged
Those who are in business, currently engage and improving their products are the best source of knowledge and wisdom, you will learn and motivated from their accomplishment and stories. Though they encounter failures, almost leave the business, experience bankruptcy, lots of competitors, and unending rise and fall of profits. They remain standing and pursuing their established plans and goals for their business. Those who are engage in business are the people who are willing to share and help. You only need to learn the art of getting along with these people and enabling them to agree with you.
