What Makes Attractive Product and Services.

Some of the things that we must know and maintain to continue attracting costumers and clients for our products and services.

Nice Accommodation
Give much important to the capacity to pay and bring more costumers of every one who get into your business, establish good relation to every individual you approach and share about your business, some can pay and others can't. But be fair to give both of them a service that others can't provide them, that will give them reason to come back and share their experience from you with others.

First come first serve
Though blood is thicker than water, it is not always proper when it comes to business and serving people. Serve the first who will arrive. The successful people of Japan follow the "duty first before yourself." We could also adapt and improve the style in our setting. Client and costumer are the life and soul of our business, so it is proper that we must put them first, to make them feel at home and special under your care.

Giving every one an excellent service
Costumers and clients will pay your demand, but don't forget to give them what they deserve. You can offer them better, but don't force them to accept it. If they keep on coming back, provide the usual services and crew who assist them. There are times that costumer will keep on coming back not because of the product, but because of the services and the one who serves. Being sensitive to their needs, ask them what they like and prefer.

Giving your where about and contacts
Don't let them go anywhere to ask about your business, or find for the similar of your products and services, provide them your contacts, put signs and leads to your business, it will cost you some amount but will generate bigger return later on. Give also some promos, sacrifice some to serve as an investment for bigger return of income.

Continue to innovate product and services
Evaluate and improve the products and services. The one that is liked and most in demand will be maintain and sustain, while others that do not command much demand must be improve or replace. Put a test to every idea you have, and observe keenly if which will attract and suit the taste of customer and client. You may also conduct survey through suggestion box, or giving then some short question written in a piece of paper if they want and welcome it.

Courtesy is a Must
It must be a symbol and a must to your business. Remember the saying, "The costumer is always right.", if they commit mistake just sacrifice, rather than your name and business will be sacrificed.
