Do you frequently format and recover your computer? Does your computer goes slow, shutdown, and corrupt files? Don't blame your computer, previous user, or your USB's. It's the computer virus that multiplies and destroy files, folder, and programs of your computer. Though your computer was installed with different anti virus, anti spyware, and firewall, if you don't know how to manage and control them, they might still possibly affect your computer. Anti Virus must be updated daily, so their is a need to be connected to internet everyday or weekly, if you're not sure with USB's, before inserting it to your computer, have it scan first to a computer that had an updated anti virus.

Reasons for Your Excuses.
We've been particular with excuses since childhood. Excuses are either justified or unjustified, we're so much familiar with these, and the behavior of having excuse are so particular. But what is the real reason for making excuses?, is it the fact that we can't make it?, or we are just too lazy to do it?
I remember my experience during elementary and high school days, that it is normal for children to get cough, colds, and sometimes fever. My classmates often send letters to our teachers and adviser informing that they got sick, our teacher honor it, until it become a habit for them to prepare excuse letter and inform that they are sick. Later, I have found out that those classmates of mine who prepare and send excuse letter to our teacher often do it because they want to play, they are not contented with weekend plays so they extend it on weekdays. But I was so thankful that during those days my parents do not allow me to do that, and I don't know how to make excuse letter, much more I am afraid to tell a lie. That even when I am not feeling well, I insist to attend my class.
