Longevity; Best Life Insurance and Investment

Here is a Plan that will protect you, and at the same time keep and return your money on due time. Don't just save and invest your money, see to it that you are also protected in keeping it.
Now, choose the plan that is best suited to your budget and need. Then fill up the needed application form and pay now to start availing the protection and investment. You can't always encounter a chance like this, life is not certain, tomorrow may be too late. Be wise, do it now.

Plan Description
Peso-denominated limited pay whole life participating product.
Issue Age
0-70
Paying Period
5, 10, or 20 pay
Cash Benefits
Cash benefit of 15% of the Applied Face Amount (AFA) payable at the end of the tenth (10”) policy year every three (3) years thereafter.
Other Benefits
  • In case of the insured’s total and permanent disability (TPD), an additional cash benefit of 15% of the Applied Face Amount (AFA) shall be payable at the end of tenth (10”) policy year and every (3) years thereafter until age 65.
  • Dividend earnings at end of every year (not guaranteed)
  • Special Term coverage (bonus insurance coverage) to be given if there is no loan 12 months preceding the death of the ensured. This is equal to P300,000 or 40% of the Cash Value, whichever is lower.
Insurance Coverage
  • Equal to the effective face amount (EFA) or 200% of the Applied Face Amount from the onset of the policy plus all credited coverage bonuses.
  • A coverage bonus equal to 15% of the Effective Face Amount (or 30% of the Applied Face Amount) credited to the policy every (3) years and payable upon the death of the insured.

Part 1: Accident Loss of Life
Part II: Accidental Dismemberment and Loss of Use Coverage
Part III: Accidental Total and Permanent Disability Indemnity

*Only the limited-pay Accident & Health Rider is required to be attached. The medical Reimbursement (MR) and the Weekly Income (W) Benefit are optional benefits.
**The default Principal Sum of the Limited Pay A&H Rider is 200% of Longevity’s Applied Face Amount.
