Why Settle to Be an Employee when YOU can be Manager.


Whether we like it or not, we're all engage in business. We're either a manager or employee. We follow a distinction of being a manager or employee.  If you're a manager your opportunity and salary is unlimited, but if you're an employee your salary and opportunity is controlled and limited. There are only small difference in being a manager and employee, one is the position, and another is the education and connection involved.

Then why settle to be an employee if you can manage your own business? Are you afraid to start and go all alone, do you want to have some share or want to have it all, if that is what you like, then start doing it alone to have it all alone. I'l go back to my first statement, that we're all engage in business, and most of the business available around is selling. It is the selling of goods, products, and services.. Then why not learn to sell? Are you afraid or a shame of people?, you don't know how to talk?, or you don't know the whereabouts of selling? Put it in mind that every successful businessman start at the bottom and goes up, they were not afraid to face problems and failures. They turn every problem and failure they encounter into an opportunity, instead of quitting from bad experience they had from clients and customer, they pursue, find solutions,
read books, and ask other people who are engage in sales. They attend seminars to learn and know more, so that they will never encounter and accept the word quit. They do not just try, but they immerse and indulge themselves into business where they want to be.

Being a manager of your own is better than being their employee. You will work for you, and reap all the profit you'll have from the services that you have rendered, not unlike when you're an employee, your manager will be much benefited to what you have done. Switch the situation and try to be the manager, have the guts to work all alone and do it all alone, control and learn everything so that you'll earn and profit more.

Now, all you have to do is to start. Find a product or services you want to offer, learn and accept it, use it then promote it. Then sell it to those whom you know will need it. Do not just offer to those whom you know, extend the boundaries or your market, get refferal from those who have already bought your product, I'm sure they will be happy to introduce and refer you to their relatives, friends, and acquaintances.
