Only 29% of Filipinos have Internet Access

  Seventy percent of Filipinos don't have access to the internet, says a report from United Nations agency.
  The Broadband Commission for Digital Development recently released its first country-by-country snapshot of the state of broadband development worldwide. According to the report, the Philippine ranked 100 among 177 countries in terms of Internet penetration.
  The report also says that only 15 percent of Filipino households have access to internet, placing the Philippines in the 54" spot in the ranking for developing countries.
