Before, we have experience having computer and insurance services. But like other clients and customers, we're not satisfied with the way service provider gave it. They don't have support and assistance, it is what the clients much needed. After finishing the service, they left without giving their whereabouts, further instruction, and details. They will wait until you call and find for them again. If their services has some problem, sometimes they don't give consideration. The warranty is very limited, and satisfaction of client is weak. There are times that they are not friendly and hard to call for follow up and clarification.
That is why we decided to provide and serve those who need it. Before, we just do it for ourselves, they have found out that we are capable of fixing and improving it. Then later on because they request for our services, they have found out that we have better services compared to others, then they shared it.
We don't leave clients and customers the way others did it, instead, we follow up and provide further assistance to what we have fix before.
