This is what I have experience, I was with my friend when I talk to an insurance agent, I have inquired on how to be part of that job, and she told me that I must apply and take examination that will be given at their office, then if I passed I will be hired, my friends were also interested to the opportunity since all of us are qualified to be in. We went to the company and looked for the department in charge for hiring personnel, they gave us test, I supposed that we're all get hired so I let my friends copied my test paper. Later on, they say that they will be hiring just one among us who will get the highest score, my friend who sat beside me and copied my paper got it and was hired. That very moment I have promised to myself that I will not inform anyone when looking for an opportunity.
